This year, we invite you to Restaurant Stolica for an unforgettable Valentine’s dinner, where culinary artistry meets the charm of live music. By the glow of candlelight, in the elegant surroundings of Warsaw’s Old Town, we have created an evening that allows you to fully celebrate love.

A Menu Crafted for Two

The evening will begin with a welcome drink, followed by an amuse-bouche – a little surprise from our chef, Piotr Augustyńczyk. Then, you will have the opportunity to choose from our special Valentine’s menu. You will select one dish from each category: appetizer or soup, main course, and dessert. Our options include:

Appetizers:

Beef carpaccio with olive and caper tapenade, horseradish mousse, arugula, and Parmesan
Caramelized fig with goat cheese, arugula, strawberries, and orange caviar
Tuna tartare with avocado paste, lemon oil, dill mayonnaise, chili, and lime
Rabbit and ricotta ravioli in a butter-sage sauce
Hungarian fish soup with pike perch and catfish, cream, and parsley
Roasted cauliflower cream soup with bacon chips and olive oil

Main Courses:

Pork cheeks in pepper sauce with velvety mashed potatoes and buttered vegetables
Rabbit leaps in cream sauce with sweet potato mousse, green peas with Brussels sprouts, and green olive oil
Teriyaki salmon with buckwheat noodles, vegetables, and a wakame salad
Goose leg with red cabbage, Silesian dumplings, and Cumberland sauce
Porcini and truffle risotto with arugula and Parmesan

Desserts:
