In addition to the new fall-winter menu, our chef Piotr Augustyńczyk has prepared a seasonal, special menu with dishes based on rabbit meat for the guests of the Stolica restaurant.
The menu consists of three independent dishes that can be ordered together or separately. The first proposition is rillettes, a French pâté - here made of rabbit meat, which is served with pickled peppers, onions, mushrooms and cucumbers, as well as bread. This is a dish that can easily be served as an appetizer to share for two. The next two suggestions are rabbit saddle in Parma ham with olive tapenade, sun-dried tomatoes and croutons, as well as rabbit leg in cream with dumplings stuffed with pumpkin and fried Brussels sprouts.
