At the beginning of December, 7 years have passed since the opening of the Stolica restaurant, of which we are very proud and extremely pleased. This post is our thanks to all the people who create this place - the staff, supporters of the Stolica, as well as our Guests.
THE CHARM OF THE 1920S
When opening STOLICA, we wanted to create a place comparable to the old premises in Warsaw from 100 years ago, i.e. the interwar period. We were inspired by Adria, Oaza and Ziemiańska, i.e. legends of the Warsaw gastronomic and... revue scene! This post is illustrated with photos showing the interiors of these extraordinary places. We must admit that the old glitz of elegant clothes, sumptuous decor and elegance in the looks of the characters in the photographs take us for a moment to those beautiful times. We sincerely hope that during the evenings spent in our interior listening to the sounds of live music, many of you felt the same way, as if time had stopped...
STOLICA IS PEOPLE
We have 7 years together filled with delicious Polish and European cuisine with strong French influences (vol au vent with crayfish, caviar and rillettes). It is also difficult to count all the live music performances that took place here. We would like to remind you that for years we have been organizing evenings with the Warsaw Band from Targówek and afternoons with a pianist and vocalist, and in our interior there is a historic piano from Legnica.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful staff who strive every day to make you, our Guests, feel as good as possible.
